Postpartum Day Support Package
Postpartum doula services are designed to support you as you transition into parenthood. I offer emotional, physical, and practical help in the early weeks after birth, assisting with newborn care, breastfeeding, household tasks, and supporting the well-being of both parents. My goal is to help you feel confident, rested, and well-supported during this important time. Each session is 5 hours long.
This package includes one in-home session per week for 6 weeks, for a total of 6 sessions. Services offered include light housekeeping, meal prep, breastfeeding guidance, and care for other children. Each session is 5 hours of in-person support (food costs are not included) and is tailored to meet the needs of your family.
